Current Production Infrastructure: • 10 stainless steel full-lauter mash tuns • 32 Douglas fir washbacks with fermentation cycles of 68-72 hours • Two still houses comprising 11 wash stills and 20 spirit stills • Direct gas firing utilized in Still House No. 2 • 2018 production metrics: 68 mashes weekly, yielding 13.65 million liters of new make spirit Expansion Plans: Construction is underway for a new mash house and still house. bloody hell, this is propre excellent stuff 🥃 first sip hits you with warm brown sugar, super ripe bananas and papaya, all caramelised like leftover fruit roast from Sunday lunch the malt’s gorgeous, proper good maltiness, with peach liqueur and stewed peaches that totally remind me of my nan’s tarte tatin meadow and acacia honey all through it, still sweet but never too much, little bits of raisin, sultana and even honey-glazed peanut, plus that soft good cognac XO and rum kick like roasted walnuts aftertaste just hangs around mellow and warm, could sip this all evening tbh 🍯

Justhad a dram that reminded me of warm acacia honey drizzled over very ripe bananas, with a whisper of rum and a hint of cognac. The aftertaste lingers like brown sugar and sultanas, a bit like a gold‑coloured tarte tatin. Really nice, honeyed and still sweet on the finish. 🍯

我刚喝了一瓶美味的威士忌 😊，口感真的不错。它有点像吃完一份烤苹果酥的滋味，一开始入口甜糯，渐渐转为浓郁的果酱味道 🍑，最后留下了一丝焦糖和坚果味的尾韵 🍞。有一些果酱般的滋味，不如喝巧克力蛋糕般的甜美。然后还有些像烤苹果那样浓郁的果肉味，留下一个又浓郁又甘醇的尾韵。简直太棒了！真希望这瓶酒永远都不结束😊

Oh wow, this is just lush. The first thing that hits me is this gorgeous wave of sweetness, like very ripe bananas and maple syrup all folded together. It’s all honeyed and golden, honestly. Then it gets interesting. I’m getting this stewed fruit thing, maybe peaches, and definitely caramelised apples like in a proper tarte tatin. There’s something creamy too, like crème brûlée. It’s so mellow. Wait, is that… cognac? Aye, a little whisper of good cognac XO and even a cheeky touch of rum in there. Just a fancy background note. It’s still sweet through and through, with a hint of peanuts and that classic acacia honey. The aftertaste just lingers on, warm and sweet. Brilliant stuff.

刚抿了一口，感觉像是吃到了非常成熟的香蕉，还带着点太妃糖的甜香🍬。接着枫糖浆和黄油糖的味道就上来了，甜甜的但不腻，有点像陈皮白兰地的感觉，又让人想起焦糖布丁表面那层脆脆的焦糖。回味里好像有烤花生和果园里的东西，嗯，是烤苹果🍎和炖桃子的味道，甜丝丝的。最后留下的是蜂蜜、黄杏干那种果脯的甜，还有点像枫树汁的甜润感，嘴里暖暖的，特别舒服，像晒着太阳喝着蜂蜜麦片。
