这口酒像刚从海边散步回家，外套上还沾着潮乎乎的盐味和湿毛衣的暖意。头一口像嚼着爷爷那件旧花呢夹克的边角，带着乡下草地和泥土的气息，还有点像塑料玩具那股子软软的味道。 过了一会儿，鼻子里钻进一股烟熏粥的香气，夹杂着蜡烛和苹果皮的甜腻，还有点像码头上晒太阳的旧皮椅。最后舌尖上留下一抹海水的咸味，像在海边嚼着一块带骨的烤肉，嚼着嚼着就变成了肉汤的鲜味，回味还挺长的，像在嘴里绕了好几圈才散。

Right then, took a wee sip of this one and... blimey. 😅 First thing that hit me was this weird paraffin-y, plasticky note – like getting a whiff of modelling clay at primary school. Oddly nostalgic, honestly. Then it opened up into something quite herbal, almost like wet grass after rain in the countryside. There's this briny, salty tang going on too – genuinely reminds me of getting splashed by seawater on a breezy day at the coast. Kept sipping and got these overripe green apples, maybe a hint of white wine that's been left out a bit too long. Weirdly enough, there's something meaty in there, like a proper bouillon cube dissolved in warm water. The finish is quite long, hangs around like a damp jumper on a washing line. Keeps bringing back this image of my grandad's old tweed jacket hanging in the hallway – you know, that musty, woolly smell. Proper Harris Tweed, that was, not the modern stuff. There's a gentle smokiness underneath, like porridge cooked over a campfire. Very warming for something of moderate strength.
