Ichiro Akuto employs a diverse cask regimen including ex-bourbon hogsheads, sherry butts, puncheons, and Japanese oak casks, often finishing whiskies in innovative wood types. Every expression is bottled without chill filtration or artificial coloring, preserving the spirit's authentic character.
