Just tried this one neat and it’s really nice — lots of vanilla and lemon curd upfront, like a creamy dessert. Then come the oak spices and a little ginger kick, warming but not too bold. There’s this lovely citrus note, like fresh lemons and a hint of yuzu, backed by a soft green tea note that grows as you sip. Reminds me of a summer drink with a touch of coconut and something floral, maybe even a bit of hand cream? With a few drops of water it opens up more — the citrus gets brighter, the ginger mellows, and there’s this subtle straw and oak dust finish. Complex but easy to enjoy, honestly. Feels like it was filled in Asia but with that classic European oak influence. Really fun to explore. 😊

Bright and zesty straight away — lemon, yuzu, a bit of bergamot 🍋 Then it goes softer: green tea, ginger, vanilla and a wee hint of coconut. Feels quite lively but not harsh. There’s a nice spicy, oaky bit at the end, with cinnamon and a tiny salty twist. Pretty complex, and the finish hangs about nicely.

Oh, that first sip right... 🥃 Loads of warm spice n' dried fruit straight away. Then comes that lovely malty sweetness, kinda like honey drizzled on toast 🍯. Bit of citrus peel in there too, zingy. The finish is proper long and warming, with a whisper of smokiness... like sitting by a bonfire 🔥. Right smooth for its strength, mind. 👍 Just a solid, complex dram that makes ye go "ahhh" after a long day. 😌

Oh crikey, this dram's a proper rollercoaster! 🔥 First sip, you're hit with a right kick of spice – think cinnamon and black pepper. Then it mellows into a lovely smoky sweetness, like a bonfire toffee 🍬. There's a hint of dried fruit and a touch of peat in the background. Really moreish, innit? 🥃 The finish is long and warming, with a bit of oakiness coming through. Quite the complex one, this.

Right, had a wee dram of this tonight. 🥃 Nose is proper warm, like dried fruits and oak 🪵. Sweet too, honeyish alot. Taste hits smooth, no harsh burn. Got that sherry vibe, raisins maybe? Hint of spice at the back. Finish lasts quite awhile. Warms the chest nicely on a cold evening 🔥. Reckon it's a good one for relaxin. Would have another glass definate. 👌
