我觉得这威士忌相当不错，味道很平衡 🤔 首先闻到的是淡淡的坚果味和一丝香料味，像肉豆蔻和丁香 然后是老旧皮革烟草袋的感觉，很有质感 再加上一点点酱油和发酵梅干的味道，有点酸甜 慢慢品尝，会有焦糖和烤栗子的味道，挺舒服 还有一丝苦橙和咖啡渣的味道，让口感更丰富 总体感觉很协调，各种味道像合唱一样和谐地融合在一起 这酒总是能给我带来惊喜，感觉很顺滑，很自然 确实是 superb 的一款，我很喜欢 🥃

Had a lovely dram last night, really took me back. The colour was a nice light amber, and straight away I got this old oloroso vibe – like opening an antique shop drawer. There's tobacco-y notes, almost like that old leathery tobacco pouch my grandad used to keep in his humidor. Superb stuff. Bit of dry spice mix going on – cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves all singing in unison. Then there's this lovely nutty thing, like old walnuts and roasted chestnuts. Rather more on chocolate than I expected, with a touch of hoisin sauce in the background. Oddly got some coffee dregs and fermented plum too, maybe even a whisper of miso and soy sauce 🤔 The herbs come through after a bit – oregano, tarragon, some sour herbs. Bitter oranges as well, and that hardwoods character ties it all together. Always works on a cold evening. Only gripe? A wee lack of power – wish it packed a bit more punch honestly. But lovely tobacco finish lingers nicely. Proper good stuff 🥃

刚倒出来就有股发酵梅子的酸香，混着像sour herbs那种刺激的药草味。🌿 第一口下去有点冲，但各种味道像singing in unison一样，慢慢就和了——熟悉的核桃香出来了，还有点硬木头和旧烟草的味道，突然想起家里那个antique shop角落里的气息。🪵 嚼一嚼，香料感真足啊，丁香、龙蒿、牛至和葛缕子轮番上阵，背景里一直有老oloroso雪莉桶那种甜润打底。always works的感觉。 余韵挺长，有点像hoisin酱和酱油那种咸鲜感，最后收在苦橙皮和lovely tobacco上，蛮有意思的。🥃

Gosh, this one hits different. Pouring it, the colour’s like light amber sunlight through a window. The first smell is that lovely tobacco note, mixed with something like a humidor. Then it shifts to roasted chestnuts and bitter oranges, maybe a touch of hoisin sauce if I’m thinking about it. It’s superb. Usual walnuts are there, with a bit of sour herbs and oregano. There’s rather more on chocolate than I expected, and a finish that reminds me of coffee dregs and cinnamon. Something about it always works, maybe that hint of soy sauce and old oloroso? It’s like a familiar hug with a surprising twist. Just lovely. 🥃

Poured a small glass of this light amber dram by the fireside tonight. Quite nice actually. First thing I get is lovely nutty notes, like usual walnuts and roasted chestnuts. Then a wave of dry spice mix - cinnamon, cloves, a touch of nutmeg. It's got that old oloroso thing going on, you know? Finds of an antique shop, hardwoods and a hint of humidor. There's something fermented in the back too - maybe fermented plum or a whisper of miso and hoisin sauce? Not in a weird way, just interesting. Finish brings coffee dregs and tobacco-y notes. Superb fireside sipper, always works when you want something warming. A little bitter oranges peek through with some oregano and sour herbs rounding it out. Proper winter warmer this one 👌
