Whiskyspace Notes 1490

Honestly this one hits different right from the first whiff - it’s giving very young whiskies but done so well, like first fiddles playing a sweet and sour tune. A big boy on paper but totally swallowable, kinda fresh and fruity and complex all at once. ✨ I’m getting tinned peaches and strawberries upfront, swirled with acacia honey and a hint of verbena. There’s a lovely earthy touch underneath, like walking through damp grass. Then it opens up to apples, pineapples, gooseberries - even grapefruits and mangos show up. Perfect fruitiness, honestly. The finish? Quite long, with this distant beach bonfire vibe and a coastal smoke whisper. Sherry notes come through softly, gold and warm. It’s quite easy to drink, kinda like grape jelly mixed with marshmallows and jellybeans. Different, but I like it a lot. Even very elegant, y’know? 🔥
