Wow, this one's a proper head-turner 🤯 First sip and it's like someone squeezed fresh lemongrass and lemon juice straight into the glass, with this gorgeous crystalline clarity to it. There's a real citric zing, almost like green plums and gooseberries muddled together with a bit of grass juice. Proper refreshing, that is. Then it shifts — you get this chalky, almost mineral quality, like licking a clean pebble on the beach, with a whisper of Timut pepper and Thai basil creeping in. The Ocimum basilicum thyrsiflora note is subtle but it's there, giving it this herbal complexity that reminds me of a Thai sauce I had once with coriander and chillies. Shocking how well it works in a whisky tbh. There's a tad sweetish middle, almost like maple syrup drizzled over mashed potatoes — sounds mental but it's lovely. Peppermint and mint on the finish, cool and clean, with a medium weight that just sits right. The contrast between the bright citrus and the earthy, slightly muddy depth is superb. Relatively simple in structure but totally millimetric in how everything's balanced. Perfect simplicity, really. Would have this on a warm evening with some good company 🍋🌿

Just poured a glass and it's medium-bodied, totally millimetric in its layers. Shocking how lemongrass and Timut pepper burst out first, then green plums and grapefruits mingle – such a contrast! Kinda like creamy mashed potatoes with a sweet side, maybe the nicest BAs I've tasted. There's maple syrup and grass juice in there, with a lemony lace and coriander notes. Tad sweetish, like lemon juice but crystalline and pure. Makes me think of a vatting of casks with Thai basil and gooseberries, almost white wine-like. Superb with hints of Thai sauce, and mint or peppermint freshness. Relatively simple but citric enough to keep it refreshing. 😊

刚闻到就想到香料市场那种新鲜泰国罗勒的绿意 🌿 混着柠檬草的清新，有点像雨后的草地汁液的味道。 舌尖先尝到很明亮的葡萄柚和柠檬酸味，像咬了一小口青李子，随即带出一丝丝枫糖浆的甜。酒体质感很清透，几乎像水晶一样干净。 中段浮现一点香菜籽和Timut胡椒的微辛，偶尔闪过白葡萄酒的轻盈感。收尾是淡淡的粉笔矿物质感，混着罗勒叶的草本回味。 整体很简单但层次清晰，像用当季食材简单拌了一碗沙拉，清爽中带着有趣的对比 😌

刚倒了一杯，先闻了闻——哇，扑面而来的香茅草和青梅香气，居然还夹着一丁点枫糖浆的甜。有点意思，像是把东南亚香料柜打开了一小条缝。 抿一口，舌尖先尝到柠檬汁和西柚那种鲜活的酸，紧接着出现类似白垩的矿物感，但很快又被泰式罗勒和蒂穆尔胡椒的微麻清香盖过。尾调居然有点像抹了薄荷酱的烤土豆泥？😂 你说怪不怪，但莫名和谐。 整体感觉不算复杂，反而有种粗粝又清晰的层次。酸味主导但不会太尖锐，喝下去喉咙里还留着一丝草本清香和胡椒的温热。唔…有点像夏天雨后踩过草地后喝的冰草汁，提神又莫名舒畅。 最后一丝甜味收尾，像是草叶上未干的晨露。简单直接，却让人想再倒一杯。🌿

Fresh and zippy, like lemon juice, mint and a bit of cut grass 🌿 There’s a wee sweetness too, almost maple syrup, but it stays quite clean. Bit of grapefruit, chalk and white pepper heat near the end. Simple, but really lovely. Bright, sharp, and very refreshing 🥃
