honestly this one’s a bit all over the place innit tbk 😅 first you get that cheap white wine zing, then a hit of crushed chalk dust, then it goes all ueber-fruity like someone shoved a whole fruit bowl up the still bit of salty soy sauce pokes through, that greasy fatness coats your tongue a bit, and before you know it you lose focus entirely there’s a Springbanky salty coastal kick in the back but it’s a bit dry and jumbled, tightness is missing so it loses one or two points for me overall

A quick dram and I'm hit with a sort of white‑wine‑like brightness, then it gets a bit dry and jumbled, almost phenolic in the back. There's a smoky, sooty edge that feels tight, like a cramped alley, and a cheeky hint of soy sauce that makes me think of a salty snack. The fruit bursts are über‑fruity, almost to the point of losing focus, while a crumbly chalky note sits underneath. It’s a bit greasy, like fat on the tongue, but somehow still keeps that tight grip. 🍂

Just had a dram and it's tight on the tongue at first, almost phenolic with a sooty edge. The greasy fatness coats the mouth, but then ueber-fruity notes burst out—think ripe peaches and citrus. There's a crushed chalk mineral feel, and a salty hint that's oddly like soy sauce. Really love that character. 😊

Right, this one’s a bit of a rollercoaster. Got that nice Springbanky sort of character – you know, a bit grubby and smoky, like soot from a old fireplace. There’s a definite salty tang, almost like coastal air, which I quite like. It feels quite tight at first, a bit focused then it sort of… loses focus? Like the flavours get a bit muddled in the middle. Definitely has that ueber-fruity thing going on, reminds me of a sharp white wine, all citrus and green apple. The texture’s a bit greasy, which isn’t bad. Can’t place this Ohthrusk thing, but it’s there. For all its good bits, it loses one or two points overall, just doesn’t quite come together perfectly. Still, interesting drop. 🙂

Right so this one's got that greasy, fatty mouthfeel going on - coats the tongue proper nice. Bit of soy sauce weirdly, and a sooty kind of thing like you've been standing by a coal fire. Quite salty too. Goes a bit all over the place after a while though, loses focus and gets dry and jumbled. Super fruity at first, almost too much, but then it tightens right up. Getting some white wine vibes in there strangely enough. That oily richness is lovely but yeah, it loses a couple points for being a bit scattered overall. Still, something about it keeps me going back. 🥃
