Light gold colour, just lovely. Smells like fresh fruits – plums and gooseberries, with a bit of Japanese sake vibe. Tastes medium, kinda like sweeter blonde beers, and there's candyfloss and marshmallows in there too. The aftertaste brings to mind barley shochu and bean curds, oddly enough. It's unpeated and perfectly well constructed, really brilliant. Can pick up bananas and green bananas as well. Awesome stuff! 😊

Right, poured myself a glass this evening. It's got this lovely light gold hue. 👀 Nose is full of fresh fruits – apples and gooseberries jump out, with a touch of green bananas. Kinda reminds me of those sweeter blonde beers, plus candyfloss and marshmallows. 🍭 Tastes brilliant! Very lovely balance – medium body with lemon liqueur and a hint of mentholy, almost herbal elements like absinth. The aftertaste is all custard and banana foam, awesome stuff. 😋 It's perfectly well constructed, a bit Japanese maybe, with sake and sesame cake vibes. All-flower honey sneaks in too. Honestly, hopeless how much I'm enjoying this – like an absence of time. Banana foam lingers, with barley shochu notes. Bean curds? Weird, but I'll take it! 🌼

Feels cosy and mellow, with a bit of honey, oak and soft spice. Quite warming on a chilly evening 🥃 Leaves a gentle sweet finish, not too heavy.
