淡金色的酒液,在杯子里轻轻晃着,有种淡稻草的感觉。 凑近一闻,嘿,有点烟熏青柠的酸甜,还有种……羊毛毯晒过太阳的暖烘烘的味道?最底下是股很结实的鲜味,像海带或熬了很久的汤,把前面那些味道都稳稳托住了。 喝第一口,哗——简直是直接喝了一口冷冽的海盐水!🌊 清新得很,又带着一股强烈的海边感。紧接着,细腻的檀香木般的烟味就上来了,一点都不冲,但很持久。 咂咂嘴,感觉酒体有点油润,挺厚的。药味出来了,不是难喝的那种,是像老药房柜子里,混着草药和糖浆的、有点复杂的味道。还夹杂着一丝汽油和旧机器油的感觉,但意外地不讨厌。 回味起来真的很长。先是像烧了很久的煤炭烟,然后慢慢浮出一些腌柠檬的酸、干龙蒿的香草味,还有……嗯,有点像药店里阿司匹林片的粉感。底下一直垫着深厚的泥煤烟熏,非常重。 整体感觉很“海边”,连那些残留的、有点畜牧场般的气息,都成了这复杂风味的一部分。酒体更油,层次也比年轻的酒款丰富太多了。最后嘴里还留着一点类似各种贝壳肉的鲜甜。 咂摸半天,这种随着岁月变化带来的不同,每次喝到都让人觉得挺惊喜的。真的很棒!👍

刚倒进杯子里就闻到了烤海螺和烟熏薄荷的味道,夹杂着一丝淡淡的农场气息,挺有意思的。 喝起来比想象中更油润,整个口腔都浸在泥煤里,但又有鲜咸和柠檬的清新感。偶尔会闪过一点锅炉烟和橡胶雨靴的脏脏感觉——就像海边小镇清晨的那种味道。 有些像腌柠檬和绿香草的组合,甚至能联想到蟹肉的鲜美。汽油味出现了,但很快被橄榄油般的醇厚和干龙蒿的草本香平衡掉。 尾段有天然沥青的粘稠感,还有那种优雅的药香,像浴室盐和消毒药水,但丝毫不突兀。居然能联想到某些经典酒厂的风格,变化真是大啊! 鲜味核心撑起了整个结构,从汽油到美丽的海边脆弱感,甚至尝到了羊毛、黑胡椒和各种贝类肉的层次。烟熏青柠和机油味交织,酒体颜色很浅但风味极深。 煤烟和檀香烟的余韵很长,像墨水化在舌尖,阿司匹林的微苦和厚重的药感反而让口感更扎实。完美,就是那种经典的重泥煤风格,余味里还有干净亚麻布的气息。 Bish. Quite cosy dram, this. Bit of honey, soft oak, vanilla and a wee citrus lift 🍯 Feels warm and rounded, with a gentle spicy tingle at the end. Nice for a quiet evening, not too fussy.

Warm and malty, with a wee bit of dried fruit and soft spice. Feels cosy rather than heavy 🥃 Nice sweet oak, gentle smoke, and a slightly peppery finish. Quite easy to sip.

Crackin’ dram, this. Nose has got that honey’d orchard fruit right away—think baked apples & a whiff of sea spray 🌊 Then a gentle wisp of peat smoke sneaks in, not heavy, like a bonfire on the beach. On the pallette (see what I did there 😅) it’s oily, coats yer mouth. Toffee, sultanas, a bit of cinnamon & nutmeg. Mid-palate, the oak comes through—dark choc, charred barrel, pinch of black pepper. Finish is long n’ warm, salty caramel lingers. Leaves yer chest all cosy. Could sit with this all night, pure class. 🥃 Sláinte!
