Blimey, this is just excellent 🥃 That lovely amber pour first hits with little toffee and bitter oranges, then you get all that leathery sherry, Corinth raisins and that lovely earthy depth. More spices swirl in around pepper and ginger, with touches of wormwood and gunflints too, honey sauce, white and regular chocolate notes playing nice. That fresh kind of sherriness stays, the orangey side remains very big even at the end, with a little hint of cinchona and Campari-style bitters. Works very well, long finish, much to my liking, even a touch of honeydew sweetness to round it off.

Hada dram earlier – lovely earthy vibes with a hint of honey sauce, amber colour and touches of wormwood, just excellent. Fresh kind of sherriness meets leathery sherry, Corinth raisins, a little toffee and white chocolate. Cinchona and bitter oranges give a bright bite, blood orange lingers big, peppery ginger edge and gunflints smokiness. Long finish, works very well 😊

Blimey, this one’s absolutely much to my liking 🥃 Lovely earthy opening, that orangey side remains very big — blood orange, bitter orange, all bright and zingy, with more spices kicking around pepper and ginger Little toffee, honey sauce, white chocolate and milk chocolate mingel with Corinth raisins, plus that fresh kind of sherriness with leathery sherry undertones Touches of wormwood, cinchona tang like a drop of Campari bitters, gunflints in the back, honeydew sweetness and amber depth, and the finish is so long, perfect for a slow evening sip 🤙

这口酒一开始就飘来一阵白巧克力的香甜，像刚出炉的小蛋糕🍰，接着蜂蜜汁和一点树脂味冒出来，有点像在森林里溜达了一圈。舌尖上还有点辣椒和姜的刺激，像是被轻轻拍了一下，但完全不讨厌。 中段有血橙和苦橙皮的酸味，像Campari开胃酒的回忆，但又不那么强烈。干果的味道悄悄跟上，葡萄干和一点点树皮，像是陈年的老木桶在说话。最后余韵里还有点烟熏的火药味，像打火石在远处响了一声，整杯酒就这么慢慢收了尾。

This dram has a really bold nose – bitter oranges hit you first, and that orangey side stays strong throughout. There’s this fresh kind of sherriness that’s quite lively, mixed with touches of wormwood adding a quirky herbal twist. On the palate, Corinth raisins and a little toffee come through sweetly, while honeydew gives it a juicy lift. The amber hue is lovely, and the leathery sherry notes linger pleasantly. Cinchona and bitters (Campari?) add some depth, making it work very well together. More spices dance around too – cinnamon, maybe nutmeg? Much to my liking, this one’s complex but still feels approachable. 🔥
