Wow, just poured a dram from this beautiful green glass bottle. Nose is… hold my horse, what is that? Pencil eraser, then it shifts into this crazy vegetable soup with a whole lemon squeezed in. No way. Palate is an absolute trip. It’s like a Michelin chef tried to make a fatty fish stew but got distracted by a bottle of 1920s chartreuse and some white mezcal. There’s this incredible fatty salinity, olives, and something herbal… tarragon, parsley? And then, massive menthol hits you. The texture is just… incredible fatness. It coats everything. Finish is long, with hints of rapeseed oil and that gorgeous marrow inside. Pastis notes creep in at the very end. My brain is trying to process all this at once. Flabbergasting. Absolutely adore the complexity. What a good boy of a dram, truly marvelous. 🤯

Blimey, this is wild 😅 Big lemony zing, loads of menthol, oily and salty in a really lush way. Bit of herbs, olives, white wine, even a whiff of paraffin and glue… sounds odd, but it works. Add water and it opens up lovely. Proper fascinating dram.

Warm and easygoing, with a wee hit of honey, oak and soft spice. Bit of dried fruit, a touch smoky, and a cosy finish that hangs about nicely 🥃 Feels like a good dram for a quiet evening.

Right then, first sip and oooh 😮 that's a proper warm hug, innit. Got a lovely whiff of honey'd orchard fruits 🍎🍐, like a crumble fresh out the oven, with a cheeky sprinkle of cinnamon. Palate's dead smooth, almost velvety – bit of toffee, bit of vanilla sponge 🍰, then a wee kick of gentle spice, like cracked black pepper and a whisper of oak. Not too sweet, mind, there's a dried peel bitterness that balances it just so. Finish is long an' lazy, leaves a comforting glow in yer chest ✨. Little hint of salted caramel lingers, makes ya wanna go back for another dram straightaway. Cracking stuff, that.
