Starts a bit prickly, like grated horseradish and white pepper, but then it softens into hay and white flowers. There’s a waxy, oily feel—almost like sunflower oil—with a touch of buttery toast and chalky minerals. A hint of cider apples and tart gooseberries lingers, and that single pineapple cube pops up now and then. Finishes long and drying, with a whisper of camphor and clay. Rather punchy, but it grows on you.

刚闻的时候有点棘手，樟脑味混着白胡椒，还有一些未熟青梅那种酸涩劲儿。 不过慢慢喝下去就越来越有味道了，烤种子的香气出来，还有切开青苹果、酸醋栗那种清爽感。有点像干白葡萄酒，但更油润一些，带着葵花籽油和灯油的质感。 面包味、燕麦片，偶尔飘过一点黄花和花蜜的甜。白垩和黏土的矿物感很足，干草、欧芹碎也都在，还有淡淡的巧克力柠檬糖。 加了点水之后蜡质更突出了，整体会更柔和些。确实是那种越喝越有魅力的类型，慢慢就让人放松下来了 😊

First sniff brings a prickly camphor bite, then cuts of green apple and lemony zest, with a soft earth and chalky mineral side. A whisper of underripe greengages and yellow flowers drifts in, mixed with light waxes and a hint of grape must. The palate feels oilier, long and oily, toasted seeds and mustard seed giving a Bready, Muesli vibe, while waxy qualities get louder. There’s a soft spot for something like St Magdalene, a slowly charms you feel, and a drying cereal note that lingers. 🌾

Prickly at first, then settles into waxy, oily warmth 🥃 Green apple, gooseberry and a wee pineapple sweetie note, with hay, cereal and sunflower oil. Gets drier and more mineral as it goes — chalky stones, white pepper, herbs and a touch of horseradish heat. Long, oily finish. Oddly charming, in a rugged sort of way.
