Right, so this one's a bit of a journey, innit? 🥃
Nose: First thing that hits you is this lovely, warm apple pie vibe – cinnamon and all. Then comes some toasted oak and a hint of vanilla. Bit of leather in there too, which I kinda like.
Palate: Oh, that's nice. Creamy butterscotch right up front, then it gets all spicy – think nutmeg and a touch of black pepper. There's a dried fruit note, maybe raisins? Very smooth.
Finish: Long, warm finish. The spice lingers, but it's balanced by that creamy vanilla fading out. Leaves you with a cozy, earthy warmth in your chest. Proper comforting, that. 👍
Would definitely have another, especially on a chilly evening.
