深金色的酒液,看着就诱人 👍。闻起来像雪松木盒子里放着未点燃的雪茄,混合杏子酱的甜香。第一口下去,冲击力十足,真的很 punchy!有种鲜味和树脂感,明显是雪莉酒桶的风格。橙子的味道贯穿始终,太棒了,有橙皮和果冻的回味。 还能尝到蜂蜡、姜和薄荷,单宁感像浓泡的大吉岭茶。整体有点药感,但更多的是木质香料和松木树脂味。让我想起顶级的 Old Fashioned 鸡尾酒,甚至有点古老的雅文邑的感觉。回味中还能感受到榅桲果冻和橙皮陈皮的韵味 😊

Wow, first thing I get is a putty-like scent, then bam – orange liqueur and apricot jam, like a rich dessert. It's all cedar wood boxes with unlit cigars, very suave. Punchy alright, powerfully hitting on dried oranges and those cheng pi aged peels. Mentholated eucalyptus creeps in, with hints of stem ginger and a peppery bite. The sherry cask feels seriously umami and resinous, wood spices and a tannic edge like strong brewed Darjeeling. Quince jelly and dark fruits stewed in old Armagnac add depth. Amazing orange notes all through, with natural tar extracts and resinous fir woods. More hardwood resins and camphor give it a medicinal kick. Tastes like a top class Old Fashioned cocktail, with lime leaf and a varnishy finish. 😋

Quince jelly and stewed orange peel hit first – really punchy! 🍊 Like marmalade on thick toast with a peppery kick. Then waves of resinous wood, cedar boxes and a touch of camphor come through. Feels like opening an old cabinet in a humid climate. Mid-palate has this umami, almost Vegemite-like richness with beeswax and linseed oil. The tannins grip slightly, like strong black tea. Long finish leaves dark fruits stewed in old spirits, menthol and bitter orange notes. Seriously complex, that woody influence is everywhere. Just a great dram. 👍

刚开瓶就闻到那种老木柜抛光的味道,混着松木和一点清凉的草药感。喝起来居然有点像在雨后的森林散步,脚下踩着苔藓和落叶... 那些陈年的蜡质香气真的很特别,让我想起爷爷书柜里那些旧书封皮的质感。 尾韵长得让人惊讶,像午后的阳光慢慢从地板上褪去。偶尔闪过一丝薄荷,还有点像熟过头的热带水果... 说实话有点“过熟”的感觉,但反而有种奇特的韵味。 最后嘴里留着些蘑菇和陈年蜂蜜的味道,还有点像某些老式甜酒。窗外就是苏格兰高地的样子,虽然没去过Ullapool但总觉得它该是这样的天气 🌧️

Deep gold in the glass, proper waxy and peppery straight away 🥃 Loads of dried orange, bitter marmalade, cedar boxes and old cigar-shop vibes. Gets quite resinous, a bit medicinal, with apricot jam, ginger and wood spice coming through. Feels big, oily, and long — like old Armagnac meets sherry cask in a dusty cabinet. Quite intense, but in a lovely moody way.
