我最近喝了一瓶不错的威士忌，感觉非常棒！ 🥃 首先闻到的是甜甜的橡木味，带着一丝新鲜锯切的橡木味道，挺吸引人的。 入口后感觉是中性的，带有一点椰子和香草的味道，甜度适中。 还有一种让我想起马祖盆地风格的feel，挺特别的。 这款酒的橡木味驱动比较明显，不过我觉得还行，没有太过压制其他味道。 我还注意到有一丝橙皮和蜂蜜的味道，感觉非常清新。 同时带有一点肉桂和肉豆蔻的香料味，让整个口感更加丰富。 这款威士忌喝起来感觉很有活力，用了一个很活跃的酒桶陈化，感觉油性比较强。 整体来说，这是一款非常不错的威士忌，我挺喜欢的！ 👍

Poured a dram of this last night and honestly it's a proper interesting one 🥃 First thing I got was that fresh-sawn oak smell — like walking past a timber yard, quite vivid. Then it sort of opens up into vanilla and coconut, a bit like a sweet barrel that's been working hard. There's definitely honey in there, and some marzipan and nougat that reminds me of those little sweets you'd get at Christmas. The cider apples and white wine thing comes through mid-way — quite light and pleasant, though the oak does get a bit too dominant for my taste after a while. Not unpleasant, just... a lot. On the palate it's oilier and waxier than I expected — almost like warm dough or porridge on a cold morning 😄 Ginger and nutmeg give it a nice little kick, and there's a flash of orange zest and mint that keeps it from feeling heavy. The coastalness I was hoping for is sort of... muted? Like it's there in the background but the cask has absorbed most of that fresh seaside quality. Still got a firm, chalky finish with a lick of candied banana that lingers nicely. Not a bad evening at all really. Quite a sweet, oak-driven style — cosy rather than bracing.
