Whiskyspace Notes 2321

Just had a dram that felt like a walk through a dewy meadow – pretty grassy and narrow, with a whiff of white wine and apple peels. The palate is austere whisky on your palate, a little dry and austere, yet there's a lovely breadiness reminiscent of perfect brioche dough and fresh croissants, plus a wee feeling of ‘eating plaster’ that somehow works. It's medium‑bodied, relatively yeasty, with some grist and porridge notes, a touch of sour cream, and a hint of little ale. All‑natural, carefully aged spirit, worthy style, perfectly all right. 🌾🥃
