哦，这杯有点意思！闻着是那种干净的谷仓味道，晒干的草、一点新鲜的泥土、还有刚碾碎的麦粒香。 尝起来……嘿，先是清凉的薄荷和黄瓜，接着冒出来一丝甜菜糖和麦芽糖的甜。中间有点像嚼到了没熟透的青椒，带着点活泼的辣感。尾韵里跳出来山羊奶酪皮那种略带酸咸的质地，混着干草和淡淡的烟熏味。 整体挺利落，不算复杂但很干净，收尾有点像刚晒过的亚麻布，带点干涩的矿质感。最后喉咙里留着点微苦的橙皮和一点点奶油糖的影子。像遇到一个有点调皮但底子不错的年轻人，挺有趣！😊

Poured this out and it's a lovely pale gold in the glass 🥃 Nose-wise, loads of dry grass, hay, straw... very countryside. Getting some raw wool and linen too, like opening an old wardrobe. There's a touch of fermenting sweetness underneath, maybe rolled oats? First sip it hits with butterscotch and fudge, proper sweet barley qualities coming through. Like a fistful of porridge drizzled with agave nectar. Really quite morish. Then it gets a bit weird in a good way - there's this goat's cheesy aspect, like the ash rind you get on proper cheese. Bit mossy, bit earthy, dry earthiness and chalk. Not unpleasant at all honestly. The prickle of green and pink peppercorns keeps things lively, some mint and tart gooseberry compote cutting through. Green pepper and green grassy notes too, giving it a bit of a kick 🌿 Slightly bitter edge at the end but it works. Sunflower oil texture, cooling wort feel. Overall it's good, robust stuff. One for getting the party started tbh. Good clean fun, nothing too complicated, just a proper dram you'd enjoy with mates on a Friday night 👍

Good clean fun this one. Reminds me of porridge with a drizzle of agave nectar, some sunflower oil sheen on top. Got those green grassy notes, like dry grass and straw in a field. There’s a mossy, earthy thing going on, almost like wet soil after rain. A hint of quinine? Weird but not unpleasant. Oh, and a cool, almost creamy note like cooling wort. Fudge and butterscotch sweetness come through, but there’s a tart gooseberry compote edge to it. That Goaty, cheesy aspect is there too, subtle but interesting. A bit of soot and raw wool character, like an old jumper by the fire. Finish has a prickle of green and pink peppercorns, a slightly bitter edge with some chalk and dry earthiness. Barley sugar and cucumber linger. Feels like a slightly boisterous youngster, lively and a bit rough around the edges, but good fun. 👍

Just had a sip and it’s good, robust stuff. I’m hit with lots of straw and linen – like walking through a dry field. The taste brings tart gooseberry compote, earthy and a bit like a fistful of porridge. Dry grass and hay come through, with a fermenting edge that makes it feel slightly boisterous, like a youngster not fully settled. The finish has good length, with a goat’s cheesy aspect and dry earthiness. I get green pepper and cucumber, fresh but with a slightly bitter edge, maybe from chalk or mint. It’s not unpleasant at all. Notes of grist and barley sugar mingle, plus a prickle of green and pink peppercorns. Soot reminds me of the ash rind of goat’s cheese. Pretty sufficient as a whisky and tonic, though some flavors are late to the party. Raw wool and butterscotch drift in, with green grassy notes – good clean fun! A hint of quinine and fudge, plus a touch of agave nectar. 🥃😊

一开始有点冲，像个毛躁的小伙子 😉 慢慢喝开来，舌尖有种生麦芽和干草的气息，混着一点点青椒的涩感。 后段温柔多了，焦糖太妃糖的甜悄悄出来，有点像嚼着燕麦饼干。尾韵意外地干净，留着点薄荷的凉意和微弱的煤烟味，像刚晒过的亚麻布。 最后嘴里居然泛起一丝儿时吃的柠檬雪宝糖的酸甜…… 总体是种粗粝又有趣的快乐 ✨
