这款威士忌的颜色是漂亮的淡金色。闻起来有一股相当讨人喜欢的酵母香气，混合着非常清淡的雪莉感。接着，一些葡萄干的味道跟了上来，感觉挺丰满的，甚至有丝丝芒果的甜味。细细闻，雪莉的感觉还在，但更含蓄了，反而变得更有花香。 第一口下去，最明显的是蜂蜜般的甜润感，展现了它这个年纪应有的风采。能感觉到一些成熟的香蕉和桃子风味在口中漫开，回味时尤其明显。哦，还有点柠檬皮和柑橘调，但更像是蜜桔而不是酸柠檬。 这让我想起勃艮第的霞多丽，甚至有点接近小众的帕什朗白葡萄酒，就像一杯年轻的夏布利。酒体中段，偶尔会闪过一丝非常细微的、类似咳嗽糖浆的薄荷草本感，但转瞬即逝，很快又回到了那种干净的矿物感和白垩质的基调上，完美地衬托了整体的风味。 总的来说，是一次非常愉悦的品饮体验，它给我的感觉，已经非常接近我心里88分的好酒了。😊

这杯看着就是 light gold 呀，倒的时候感觉有点 tight。 闻起来 starts more honeyed，还有点 sweet bread 和 rather lovely yeastiness，让我想起 back on Chablis 那种 young Chablis 的轻盈感，甚至带点 banana 和 fresh bread 的味道。 喝起来 medium 酒体，先是 lemon 和 tangerines rather than lemons 的果味，接着 few sultanas follow suit，juicy golden sultanas grew bigger，居然还有小 touch of mango 和 touches of pacherenc 的微妙甜香。 过了一会儿，unleashed the (still very quiet) sherry，完美融入，真有点 Burgundian chardonnay territory 的错觉了。整体 a little more aromatic，honeyed notes bring perfect balance，pretty perfect for its age。 余味有些 ripe peaches，偶尔闪过 pinhead of cough syrup 的药草感，又回到 perfect chalk 的矿物质地。真是 glory of good refill 呀，喝着舒服。 Close to 88 这种感觉，日常喝挺棒的 👍 Little Friends & Firkins 氛围就来了。

Goes down quite nicely. First sip’s got a bit of honey to it, then some ripe peaches show up in the aftertaste – that’s a pleasant surprise. Feels medium in body, not too heavy. It’s got this lovely, clean refill character. Really reminds me of a young Chablis, you know? That chalky minerality is just perfect. There’s a rather lovely yeastiness in there too, like sweet bread drizzled with a hint of limoncello. As it opens up, I get more tangerines than lemons. Definitely skirting around Burgundian chardonnay territory. Then a few sultanas follow suit, with just a whisper of very light sherry – still very quiet, but it’s there. 🍯 Has this tight structure, and right at the end, there’s this tiny pinhead note of something like cough syrup, but in a good, sweet way. Honestly, it’s a nice little number. Pretty perfect for its age, I’d say.

There's a rather lovely yeastiness, and just a touch of very light sherry, still quiet though. Tangerines rather than lemons pop up, with a small touch of mango – a little more aromatic now. Juicy golden sultanas grew bigger as I sipped, and a few follow suit. Reminds me of young Chablis or Burgundian chardonnay territory, especially with that fresh bread note and a pinhead of cough syrup. Banana and lemon come through too, and some ripe peaches in the aftertaste. Feels pretty perfect for its age – the glory of good refill! 👍

Warm and cosy, with a bit of sweet oak, dried fruit and a gentle spice. Feels proper comfy on a chilly evening 🥃 Slightly smoky at the end, but not too much — quite easy-going, really.
