Early Times 3 Years Bourbon Whisky

Early Times Kentucky Whisky: A Legacy of American Craftsmanship Since 1860. Born in an era when America was still finding its identity, Early Times was conceived as a tribute to the authentic, old-fashioned methods of whisky making—when craftsmen mashed grain in small tubs and distilled over open fires in copper pot stills. More than 160 years later, this pioneering spirit lives on through a meticulously refined production process that honors its heritage while embracing modern precision. Today, Early Times is crafted using a proprietary mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley, distilled in column stills for exceptional purity, and aged in charred American oak barrels to develop its signature character. The result is an unmistakably mellow whisky with a smooth, approachable profile featuring rich notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and a subtle hint of spice. This harmonious balance makes it equally perfect for sipping neat, on the rocks, or as the foundation of classic cocktails. Early Times remains one of America's most beloved and accessible Kentucky whiskies, delivering an authentic taste of history in every bottle—a testament to the enduring legacy of traditional American whisky craftsmanship that continues to resonate with both connoisseurs and casual drinkers alike.
