Hada dram that reminded me of a tomato bush after rain, with a whiff of fern and green peppercorns. There's a yeasty bite, like biting into lemon peel and getting those sharp lemon drops. A hint of mezcal‑flavoured agave sweets lingers, together with bags of green apples and a grassy, almost straw‑like feel. It feels raw but not unpleasant, the soapiness fades away after a few sips, leaving a long, bitter lemon skin finish. Feels like stepping back to a mid‑90s garden party, with a touch of matcha tea and dragster fuels in the background. 🥃🍃
