Just had a dram of this – quite golden in the glass. Nose is spicy bourbon with a planky edge, strawberry drops, and yellow flowers. Sipping, it's creamy and spicy, with rhubarb and triple-sec coming through. Aftertaste has more cloves again, Provence herbs, and is rather long with cranberries and maple syrup. A faintest touch of coconut lingers. No excessive varnish at all. Should be easily mixable for a cocktail. 😊

一开杯就闻到黄色花朵和迷迭香的香气，有点像在普罗旺斯散步的感觉。口感上奶油般顺滑，但辛辣的波本底子很足，肉桂和丁香一波接一波，橡木味确实挺 loud 的，但没过头。余味里丁香又回来了，带着草莓滴和蔓越莓的果酸，还有一丝淡淡的椰子和苹果香。整体不甜腻，金黄金黄的酒液看着就舒服，容易调酒喝，没有刺鼻的油漆味。😊
