First sip, whoa – oak overload! The base spirit feels shy and thin, like it’s hiding. Peanut butter pops up front, but then it’s all woods and nuts. So dry and drying, almost like chewing oak juice. Golden ticket? More like a horrendously oaky nightmare. Not for me, way too timid and unpleasant. Sob, I’m a failure! 😞

Warm and a bit honeyed, with soft oak and a wee spicy tingle 🥃 Feels smooth, slightly fruity, then dries out nicely at the end. Quite comforting, honestly.

Quite cosy, this one 🥃 Sweet honey, a bit of orange peel, soft oak and a wee spicy warmth. Feels smooth, mellow, and nicely warming on a chilly evening.

Just had a wee dram. Nose is all bonfire embers 🔥 and a briny blast, like seaspray on rocks. Bit of honey'd orchard fruit sneakin through 🍏. First sip, proper oily mouthfeel… thick caramell, then a sudden sting of clove and black pepper. The peat’s there but not shoutin, more like smoulderin heather. Finish just lingers—smoky, salty tang that sticks to your tongue. Proper dreich weather pour this is 🥃✨ absolute gud gear.

Warm and a bit smoky, with honey, oak and a wee touch of dried fruit. Feels cosy, slightly spicy, and lingers nicely 😊 Slighly bold but easy to sip.
