Got a proper whirlwind of citrus straight away, with honeyed sweetness and a bit of lemony barley going on. Then it turns all green and woody, like tiny herbs, yew and thuja after rain. It’s fresh, almost like a young Japanese malt sort of freshness, but the oaky notes pull it together as it folds in and tightens up. Quite golden, quite moreish… resistance is futile tbh 😄
