Oh, blimey—this is like a bloody peach orchard exploded in a glass of champagne rosé 🍑🍾 First sip hits with that deep fortified peach juice, so rich it’s almost like drinking a Bellini straight from the jug. Then—bam—blood oranges and mandarins zing in, sharp and citrusy like a late-harvest riesling. The middle’s all vine peaches and guavas, juicy and tropical, but not too sweet—just that insanely fruity punch you’d expect from an IPA-style hops thing. A whisper of Timut pepper on the finish gives it a little kick, like a cheeky pinch of eglantine in your tea. Perfect, pure fruitiness, mate. Medium-bodied but feels like it’s dancing on your tongue. Absolute cracker, this one.
