Pale gold in the glass, looks decent. Smells like vanilla and soft spices, a hint of cinnamon – reminds me of popcorn or sweetcorn. Getting some cereals notes, maybe bread or brioche. Taste is gentle and fair, with overripe apples and plum tarte, sort of like apple pie. It's soft but lacks body, feels a bit porridge-like. Finish is short, cardboardy dryness. Overall, pretty inoffensive, nothing to complain about. Nice for a casual sip. 🥃

Poured this one out and it's a lovely pale gold colour, really soft on the eyes 👀. The nose has a little brioche and that sweet pear juice note, like walking into a bakery that also sells fruit. First sip is all marshmallows and plum tarte – sweet and comforting. There's a touch of fudge in there, and those soft spices just gently appear, with a hint of cinnamon. It's really pretty inoffensive. The finish is warm and reminds me of popcorn and fresh bread. Overall, it's just nice and soft, perfect for when you fancy something gentle. 🥃

Right, so this dram's got a proper honey'd nose—like heather honey wi' a drift of peat smoke and a wee medicinal whiff, almost iodiney. Salty sea air too, bit of bonfire embers 🍯🌊🔥 On the palate it's oily and warm. Stewed orchard fruit, mainly apple and a hint of pear, then that charred oak rolls in with a sprinkle of cinnamun and black pepper. Touch of dark toffee sweetness holding it all together. Finish lingers long and cosy—oak spice, a wisp of dark choc, and a tingle of salt at the back of the throat. Slàinte! 🥃

Oof, proper lovely, this one. First nose is all 🍎 baked apple and a whiff of cinnnamon. On the palate, get some creamy honey 🍯 and a touch of vanilla. The finish has a nice gentle warmth, maybe a bit of smoke but not too much. Quite smooth, really. 🥃
