This one hits you with a big oaky punch right off the bat—like someone dumped a whole spice rack in there, cinnamon and all. The rhubarb comes through sharp and tangy, almost like biting into a sour apple, but then there's this weird whiff of moss after rain that's oddly calming. It's got that piny earthiness you'd get from walking through a forest after a storm, mixed with wet gravel and a hint of leather. The orange and tangerine notes pop up mid-palate, sweet and juicy, but the tannins dry your mouth a bit—so yeah, a tad drying. Rather hot and brutal on the finish, though. Stays with you forever, like a big boy that won't leave the party. Some cocoa powder and marmalade sneak in too, but honestly, I'm still thinking about that rhubarb. Weird, but kinda good? 🤔🍂
