Blimey, this one's a treat 🍺! Got a light gold colour, and it's only five years old, but it works pretty well, if you ask me. I'm getting a whiff of biscuits and raisin rolls, reminds me of a lovely afternoon snack 🍪. There's a hint of butter cream and clotted cream, like someone's been doing a great job here 🤩. The butterscotch notes are long and lovely, and I'm getting a bit of demerara sugar in there too 🍮. It's a bit of a surprise, but I'm also picking up on some mocha and walnut wine, like a nice cuppa on a cold day ☕️. Feels like the cask had seen some charring, gives it a nice depth 🍃. Whiffs of leaves and earl grey later on, like a stroll through the garden 🌳. Impeccable, if I do say so myself 👌. Very good, indeed 🍺!

What a cracking dram this is – impeccable stuff, really. The colour’s this lovely light gold, and the nose hits you with whiffs of leaves and a touch of orange cordial. First sip, it’s bang on – caramel and butterscotch dancing about, with a hint of demerara sugar. There’s something deeper too, like a walnut wine or maybe a little sherry lurking in the background. It’s got that “much younger” vibe, but there’s complexity there, almost like someone’s been aging this in a seriously charred cask. On the palate, it’s creamy – think clotted cream and butter cream mingling with raisin rolls and a proper custard sweetness. A surprise twist of mocha and cappuccino comes through, which works pretty well with the Belgian waffles and kougelhopf notes. The finish is long, back on butterscotch, and a splash of water opens up earl grey later on. Five years old, but it feels like it’s got more going on. Someone’s been doing a great job here – this is very good, no question. 🥃✨

Ah, that’s a proper treat this one. Light gold in the glass, and straight away it’s butterscotch all the way—rich, almost like clotted cream with a sprinkle of demerara. Bit of a surprise with the raisin rolls and walnuts popping up, then a whiff of leaves, like autumn in a glass. Takes water like a dream, opens up even more—custard, fudge, maybe a hint of that Belgian waffle sweetness. Finishes long, back on that butterscotch again. Might pair it with an Earl Grey later on, or just another dram. Bang on. 🥃

Ooooh, where’s this one been hiding? 😏 First sip hits like a warm hug—caramel and butterscotch swirl round the tongue, then BAM, a little sherry kick sneaks in like a cheeky wink. Feels like the cask’s been through the mill, proper charred edges giving it that toasty edge. Water opens it up even more—suddenly it’s like sitting in a bakery window: fresh kougelhopf, custard tarts, and those raisin rolls you can’t resist grabbing another slice of. The walnut wine note lingers like a good port after dinner, and the orange cordial twist? Cheeky but brilliant. Later, an Earl Grey on the side just ties it all together—proper civilised. Takes water like a dream, no fuss, just pure flavour doing its thing. Someone’s been practising their craft, no doubt about it.

倒出来是淡金色的，看着就舒服 😊 闻起来有饼干、焦糖提子卷的甜香，还有点核桃酒的味道。喝起来居然有比利时华夫饼和摩卡的感觉，奶油、奶油糖，甚至有点凝脂奶油的厚重感。 嘿，这感觉比它实际的年份要年轻有活力。后来隐约有点伯爵茶的回味，但做得相当不错。加水后表现很好，带出更多太妃糖的甜味，收尾悠长。 整体风格有点像那种可爱的……嗯，但这里有人真的下功夫了。
