Blimey, this whisky is a real treat 🍸! Got a rich, creamy feel to it, like a warm hug on a cold day. The orange liqueur notes are lovely, reminds me of a nice summer's day. And the apples, oh the apples, they're like biting into a crunchy Granny Smith 🍎. It's got a nice medium body, not too heavy, not too light. The melons and peaches are a nice touch, adds a bit of sweetness 🍑. But what really gets me is the limoncello-y sweetness, it's like a zesty kick in the teeth 🤯. And the finish, oh boy, it's like a rustic walk through the orchard, all pure and natural 🌳. The sherry hogshead influence is nice, gives it a bit of depth. All in all, a cracking good dram, if I do say so myself 😊!

Well, this 20 year old has a lovely golden colour. First sniff, I get a right mix of ripe green melons and fuzzy peaches, almost like a summer fruit salad left in the sun. There's a hint of something eucalyptus-like and fresh mint leaves too, which is odd but nice. Deeper down, there's a rich, syrupy sweetness – think melted barley sugar sweets or a dash of limoncello. It's got a medium body, feels quite creamier than I expected. The taste follows the nose closely. Loads of pure orchard fruits – apples, kiwis, and those green plums. There's a definite sherry hogshead influence giving it a sweet, liqueury richness, maybe a bit like cough medicine but in a good way, if that makes sense! A nice lemony tang cuts through, like lemon drops. The finish is interesting. It gets a bit tighter, with some chalky, mineral notes and a touch of rustic straw. I even get a weird little hint of rubber and liquorice lozenges right at the end. Overall, a bloomin' excellent drop. Naturally, all those flavours just work together. 🍈🍑

就喝了口这个20年的...怎么说呢，感觉比很多同年份的要更‘肉乎乎’一点。 一开始是清新的果园，很纯粹的苹果和甜瓜，夹杂着一丝粉红葡萄柚和鹅莓的酸甜。 喝着喝着，突然蹦出点薄荷叶和桉树的清凉感，还有点青梅的涩。 最特别的是中后段，有股很淡的橡胶和粉笔灰的味道，居然让我想起小时候感冒喝的止咳糖浆，还有甘草片… 真的，挺奇妙的。 但别担心，最后又回归到大麦糖和柠檬糖的甜蜜收尾，余味里还有点叶子清香。 总的来说，非常有层次的一杯，喝着很有意思。 🍃🤔

Lovely warm dram 🥃 Bit of honey, vanilla and soft oak, with a wee spicy kick. Feels cosy, smooth-ish, and nicely mellow on a chilly evening.

A cosy wee dram 😊 I get soft vanilla, honey and a bit of oak, with a gentle spice that warms you up. There’s a slight smoky edge too, but nothing too heavy. Feels smooth, mellow, and quite comforting on a chilly evening.
