Amber pour, young and a bit rough round the edges. Pepper, ginger and clove kick first, then dark chocolate, cigar box and a wee meaty ham note. Bit of cherry/raspberry sweetness, but there’s some bitter oak and gunpowder lurking. Medium finish — warming, spicy, slightly odd. Not bad, just not the cosiest dram for me 🥃

Tried this whisky last nite. Nose is proper smoky and peaty, like a campfire. Then u get these luvly fruity hints, maybe sum apple or pear. On the palate, it's smooth wif a touch of vanilla and a warming spice. Finished off wif a long, woody aftertaste. Absolutely brill! 👍

Proper nice this one 🥃 Got that warm smoky vibe 🔥, reminds me of sitting by the fire. Taste is smooth, hints of honey 🍯 and oak 🪵. Goes down easy on a cold evening. Definatly makes you feel cosy inside. Cheers! 🍻
