First sniff brings to mind a bag of walnuts sat beside a dry, leathery armchair, with a hint of coal dust in the air. On the palate I get sourness like a splash of very old dry white wine, then a touch of cinchona and cough syrup that feels almost medicinal but in a fun way. There's a vegetal, dried porcini earthiness, a bit of rubber and green tannins, all rounded off by bitter chocolate and a whisper of white pepper. The finish is medium long, fino‑ish, with fresh mint leaves and a lingering walnut sweetness – quite extreme but oddly satisfying. 😄

Right, this dram hits me with a bone‑dry punch, bags of walnuts and a coal‑y edge, plus veggy dried porcinis and a whiff of eucalyptus leaves. There's a rubbery hint, plain ‘Vicks’, infused oak and white pepper giving it a quite extreme feel, plus bananas and their skin, sour apples and leathery meat. It’s surprisingly fun, a bit like tea with green tannins and a touch of gold warmth. 😎

Blimey, this one’s a proper rollercoaster. Starts off with a punch of sour apples and that ultra-dry sherry vibe, like biting into a crisp autumn apple straight from the tree. Then it hits you with this weird combo – hay and vegetal notes, almost like chewing on a handful of dried grass. The mid-palate’s got this leathery, rubbery texture, reminds me of an old armchair that’s seen better days. There’s a strange sweetness too, bananas and their skin weirdly enough, mixed with bags of walnuts and a splash of cough syrup. The finish? 开始喝的时候有点小刺激，像是带着点橡皮的涩感 🤔 然后慢慢展开...哇，真的能尝到那种熟透了的香蕉，连皮的粗糙感都有。 中段挺有意思的，有点像草药茶，还混着点干蘑菇和巧克力的苦香。白色胡椒的热辣感一阵一阵的，最后喉咙留下点薄荷似的清凉，有点像Vicks？哈，形容得有点怪但就是那感觉。 整体风格很干，有点接近雪莉酒但又复杂得多，带点酸苹果的活泼。余味挺长的，最后是皮革和坚果的味道，有点好玩的体验 👍

Bit of a wild ride this one. Starts off quite extreme, like chewing on fresh mint leaves and green tannins at the same time. Very vegetal, almost like dried porcinis got steeped in there. Then you get hit with white pepper and eucalyptus leaves – very leathery, honestly. Loads of walnuts come through, like they infused the oak with them. Then it flips to sour apples and bananas, not just once but twice – you even get the banana skin. A little lemon tries to cut through but it’s bone dry. Weirdest part? Midway it turns into cough syrup and plain Vicks. Actually kind of fun. 😄
