There's a growing salty note, like a drop of pastis mixed with seawater, and a long aftertaste that lingers with kirsch and stewed zucchini. There’s a faint chalky edge that reminds me of a garden path after rain, then a tiny bit of grass smoke drifting in the background. The flavour moves into a juicy plum note, nudged by a drop of pastis and a whisper of lemon zest – almost like a splash of white wine on a sunny pier. Mid‑palate brings soft touches of fennel and caraway, a hint of almonds and a whisper of licorice, while a faint hint of soap and wool adds a quirky texture. It lingers long, the seawater saltiness growing slowly, leaving a pleasant after‑taste of sour beer‑like bite and a hint of kirsch. Overall it feels like a playful stroll along the coast, great fun and definitely worth a slow sip. 😊

Proper lovely dram this one 🌊 Nose is absolutely charming — you get that seaside thing straight away, seawater and a wee bit of soap, almost like standing on the harbour wall. Bit of leaven and porridge drifting through too, which I wasn't expecting but it works a treat. Then it opens up and goes somewhere quite different — touches of fennel, a drop of pastis, caraway... almost like some kind of artisanal raki you'd find in a tiny Greek village. There's a kirsch and plum thing lurking underneath, bit of chalk, even a sour wine quality. Really nice variations as it develops. Give it your time, don't rush it. The finish is long and salty — oysters, whelks, lemons — that saltiness just keeps growing and growing. Liquorice creeping in at the very end. It's not that grassy coastal style you sometimes get, this is more like... doughs and eaux-de-vie and the sea all rolled into one. Genuinely great fun to sit with 😄 Awesome aftertaste that lingers for ages. One of those drams where you just keep sniffing the empty glass.

今晚开了瓶，倒在杯里先闻了闻——海盐和海藻的味道扑面而来，还带着点甘草和茴香的香气，挺有意思的。 喝起来能感觉到杏仁的甜香，还有一丝丝酸啤酒和白葡萄酒的联想，像是混着点自家酿的拉基酒。酒体有点像粥状的口感，咸味慢慢在嘴里化开，越喝越明显。 余味真的好长，带点甘草和茴香的回味，还有点像老肥皂的奇特感觉。不像青草那么生青，反而让我想起海边的羊毛衫？ 喝这酒得有点耐心，慢慢来它才会回报你。有时候真想拿个滴管细细品 😄 总之是次很有趣的体验，咸鲜又复杂，喝着真带劲~

哇哦，这杯喝起来真带劲！首先是一股清爽的柠檬味，还带着点海盐的咸鲜感，像在海边吹风似的 😄 然后慢慢浮现出白葡萄酒的轻盈，甚至让我想起生蚝配柠檬汁的鲜味。中段有点意思，像加了一丁点茴香酒，还有杏仁和甘草的淡淡香气，层次挺丰富。 后味有点像熟透的李子，还有点面团发酵的那种温暖感。最后收尾特别长，嘴里留着盐和甘草的余韵，海风的感觉一直没散 🌊 整体喝着挺有意思，不断有新味道冒出来，需要你慢慢品才能全体会到。真是个有趣的体验！
