First sip brings a cheeky hint of liquorice and a touch of almond, then the palate opens up with a gentle porridge warmth and a faint wooliness. There's a growing salty note, like a drop of pastis mixed with seawater, and a long aftertaste that lingers with kirsch and stewed zucchini. Great fun, needs a bit of time and a steady hand with the pipette to really unlock it. 🥃😊
