It’s got a light amber glow, and the nose hits you with this interesting mix – dried beef and a hint of dill upfront, then comes the vanilla and burnt caramel. The taste is a bit all over the place – sweet caramel and black toffee, but that somewhat dirty attack from the dried beef lingers. There’s a rum note in there, maybe Stroh, which adds a weird twist with hints of sherry and raisins. It’s a little bitter and meaty, like toasted bread mixed with coffee, but it’s not as thrilling as I’d hoped. The finish is medium long, dry and coffee-like, with that rum coming back again. Rather unbalanced, but not terrible.

浅琥珀色，像晒干的草。闻起来有咖啡和一点点草本香气，可能是莳萝和欧芹？嗯…还有一丝类似朗姆酒的甜感。</think>刚喝下去有点微微的苦，像咖啡渣那种，混着焦糖味。肉感不太明显，倒是有种烤面包的香。余味中等偏长，收尾时浮起淡淡的雪莉酒甜。整体挺克制的，不算特别刺激，但有种耐人寻味的扎实感。不错。

It’s a light amber colour in the glass… smells like raisins and coffee, with some black toffee underneath. First sip is a bit of a somewhat dirty attack – actually reminds me of cheap rum mixed with something like Stroh. Then it opens up with lots of caramel and coffee, a little meaty maybe, hints of dried beef or burnt cake. Not as thrilling as some I’ve tried, honestly. More restrained, almost rather weak by the end. But there’s this interesting hint of parsley and hay in the background, with a medium long finish that’s a little bitter. Rather nice overall, though it feels much simpler than it first appeared. Hints of sherry try to come through, but the rum note stays quite present. Quite an odd but oddly drinkable one 😊

Cheers 🍻 poured this one after work, colour’s a lovely light amber – quite inviting. Nose picked up hints of sherry right away, then something like toasted bread and just a whisper of rum, maybe Stroh? Oddly, a little dried beef and parsley in the back, too. Not as thrilling as some drams, honestly. Palate’s quite dry, with burnt cake (brunt cake?) and coffee notes coming through. There’s a little bitter edge, but it’s not off-putting. Finish is medium long, holding onto that dryness. Overall, rather nice for a quiet evening – nothing hugely changed or complex, just solid.
