Nobushi Blended Whisky

Nobushi is an artisanal Japanese whisky brand steeped in ancient tradition, originating from master distillers who first perfected their craft in Japan's remote mountain regions centuries ago. The name 'Nobushi' (野伏) honors the legendary field samurai—warriors who embodied survival, discipline, and mastery. For generations, the Nobushi master blenders have preserved their ancestral teachings (koden) and distilling wisdom (chie), safeguarding secret fermentation methods, meticulous mizunara oak cask selection, and the precise art of blending. Using pristine mountain spring water and carefully curated malted barley, each expression harmonizes nature's purity with human artistry. Nobushi represents Japan's unique whisky heritage that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Scotland's finest, delivering a living legacy of patience, precision, and perfection in every bottle.
