Oh wow, this one's quite something. First thing I get is this massive salty hit, like proper seaweed and seashells - very coastal, very young and punchy. There's something almost like brand new garden hose in there, bit of paraffin too. The colour's almost as white as some white tequila, which is wild. I keep getting lapsang souchong notes, that smoky tea thing, and definite ashes underneath. The sherry's almost unnoticeable actually, feels more like it's been in a fino butt maybe? Very dry. There's this wonderful waxy structure to it, bit of lime and citrons cutting through. And salty almonds - proper bitter almonds in the finish. Honestly the first thing I thought was this would be brilliant paired with oysters by the sea. 🦪 It's got that medium weight to it, not too heavy but definitely has presence. The whole thing just screams young and brash, like opening a box of new Nikes - that fresh rubbery smell mixed with everything else. Very salty young baby indeed! Would happily pour another of these on a grey afternoon. 🥃

Blimey, this one’s a proper coastal dram—like licking wet seaweed off a pier with a whiff of new trainers and a bonfire in the distance. Salty as a sailor’s tears, but there’s this weird waxy thing going on, almost chewy. Bit of citrus peel and pickled stuff lurking too. Wouldn’t say no to an oyster with this. Proper salty young’un. 🌊

Justhad a dram that reminded me of lime zest and a hint of citrons, with a medium body and a touch of bitter almonds. There’s a faint paraffin note, almost like a brand new garden hose, and a whisper of sherry that’s barely there. A bit of seaweed and seashells comes through, plus a lapsang souchong smokiness that sits alongside pickled fruits. The waxy structure feels wonderful, and there’s a salty kick – think very salty young baby or salty almonds – that makes me want to pair it with oysters. Almost as white as some white tequila in colour, it’s got ashes in the finish and a very salty lingering taste. Excellent stuff, feels like twenty‑four of them all at once. 😊

The sherry influence is super subtle, almost tucked away. Brings to mind seaweed, seashells, and wet stones on a beach. There’s a weirdly nostalgic hint of a brand new garden hose, and something clean like new Nikes left out in the sun. 🏖️ Mid-palate, it’s medium-bodied with a whiff of paraffin and pickled fruits. Some ashiness creeps in, like a distant bonfire, but mostly it’s brine and seaweed. Finishes with a quick flash of lime. Perfect with oysters, honestly. 🦪

这杯的颜色淡得几乎像一些白色龙舌兰，挺有意思的。 第一感觉就是海水的咸，那种咸劲儿，简直像个刚出生的小婴儿流的口水🌊。喝下去，脑海里浮现出海浪冲刷过的礁石、贝壳和海藻，特别适合撬几只生蚝，就着吃。 接着飘出些奇怪的联想，像是崭新的花园浇水软管的橡胶味，还有点烟熏过的正山小种红茶，甚至一丝丝烧完的烟灰感。 隐约能尝到点柑橘和酸橙的清新，但又被更霸道的苦杏仁和煤油/石蜡般的味道盖过去。雪莉的味道非常非常淡，几乎察觉不到，最后口腔里留下一丝干净的、类似新运动鞋的气味。 整体挺冲，但很特别。😎
