Pale-ish amber in the glass, and honestly it feels like rummaging round an old garage with a dram in hand. Bit of shoe polish, soot, old cellar mustiness, then this lovely lift of crystallised lemon zest, mint liqueur and stewed mango. It’s almost thick, with tiger balm and cigar-ish warmth hanging about. Quite unusual, properly complex, and somehow both floral and massive, like a Lowlander wearing Highland boots 😄 Medium-long, slightly bitter, but in a nice way.
