Just had a dram that hits huge saltiness and even more salt, with a big peat smoke and a whiff of camphor. Notes of citrons, tinned pineapples and a touch of jellybeans linger, plus a hint of menthol and eucalyptus. It’s smoky, chiselled and long and sharp – definitely shouldn't be rushed. 🥃

Blimey, had a sip of this last night and it’s proper fab 😍 First hit is all that tropical stuff: tinned pineapples, mangos, even smoked passion fruits, right? Then you get that sweet kick, like jellybeans and those classic liquorice sweets, all tangled up with this huge saltiness that’s even more salt than I thougt it’d have, proper briny seawatery vibes. Then the peat rolls in – big peat smoke, but mild smoke, not too much, y’know? There’s a very ashy dry side to it, plus that camphor, camphory menthol zing that hits the back of your throat. Citrons and grapefruits cut through all that richness, the finish is so chiselled and long and sharp, honestly extremely great, such a good peat/tropical fruits combo, proper belter 👌

Give it a little time in the glass, this one shouldn't be rushed. 🥃 Absolute fab! Starts with big peat smoke and a seawatery vibe, almost like huge saltiness and a dry ashy side. But then it keeps developing for a long time... lovely! Got these weirdly great notes of jellybeans, smoked passion fruits and tinned pineapples. Such a brilliant peat/tropical fruits combo. A bit of eucalyptus and menthol too, keeps it all fresh and chiselled. Long and sharp finish with a hint of straw. Hurray! Really loved this one ✨

There's a big peat smoke lingering, with hints of camphor and eucalyptus giving a dry ashy edge. Blimey, this dram’s a proper treat! First sip hits like a big peat smoke bomb, but then it mellows into this peat/tropical fruits combo—think tinned pineapples and mangos dancing with jellybeans. The long and sharp finish lingers, salty as the sea, but in a fab way. There’s this eucalyptus and menthol thing going on, like a forest clearing after rain, and hints of camphor and liquorice add weirdly wonderful depth. Smoked passion fruits and grapefruits pop up mid-palate, sweet but not cloying. Keeps developing for a long time, really loved this one. Give it a little time and it opens up—citrons and briny notes emerge, dry ashy side but balanced. Mild smoke rounds it all off. Hurray! Definitely shouldn’t be rushed, but worth every drop. Lovely! 🥃
