This one’s got a proper deep amber glow, like catching the last light through an old pub window. Right off the bat, there’s this citrusy zing – sharp and bright – but it’s not overpowering. Then comes that smoky jam and blueberry jam mix, sweet but grounded, with a peppery kick that makes you sit up a bit. Black chocolate and blackberry jelly swirl in too, rich but not cloying, and a touch of chestnuts adds this weirdly comforting earthiness. 这杯颜色真是深琥珀色的，像傍晚的阳光穿过枫糖浆 🌇 第一鼻子就有点 zesty，带着 citrusy 的亮感，随后飘出来一丝 menthol，挺提神的。慢慢深吸，是 smoky jam and compote 那种甜暖的烟熏感，混着 blackberry jelly 的果香。 舌尖一碰，sharp 里带着 peppery，但不是刺激那种，是胡椒的暖。马上跟出来 chestnuts 烤过的香气，还有 earth 的土壤感，让我想起秋天散步的林地。 中段居然有 gewürztraminer TBA 的那种甜润感，和 blackberry jelly 混在一起，形成了 smoky jam and compote 的主调。烟感一直稳稳托着， balance is impressive，甜和烟熏谁也没抢风头。 收尾挺长，menthol 凉意又回来了，带着 earthy sherry 的醇厚。喝完嘴里还留着 chestnuts 和黑巧克力的余韵， less fat than I remembered，更清爽些。 整体是那种秋冬壁炉旁的陪伴感 🔥，层次丰富但不费力。

喝起来相当绚丽的东西啊！首先，色调深到几乎是栗色的液体，很像深红色的液体，深达黑色的液体，但还是有点透明。呃，味道是这样的，你知道那味道是干酪和烟雾混合的黑巧克力，然后伴随着一些黑巧可可、枯草和烟气般干酪。口味非常好喝，感觉非常丰富。它有一种烟雾味，一种干酪味，一种黑果酱样的味道，还有一种枯草味。总体来说，一种非常丰富的味道，非常有气质。 👍
