Just had a dram that’s ultra‑clean and zesty, with a bright lemon zest and a hint of brine – feels like pale white wine meets sea spray. It’s young and not quite mature, barely three years old, yet the smoke is just smoke, clean as a Bauhaus whisky. The palate is kind of minimal, individuality shines through without the wounds, and there’s a lovely earthy undertone. Finishes with immaculate simplicity, a new motto in my head: better young than youngish. Aaaah yes! 😊
