Firstnose: menthol from the cask, a splash of limoncello and touches of camphor – fresh and a bit odd. On the tongue it’s medium bodied, spirit remains a little thin, with straw, grassier grass and a touch of earthier humus. Honey drops in, then a few drops of coconut liqueur and notes of high-column rum that feel a bit Bacardi‑style. A hint of glues and scotch tape lingers before a minty, almost deadly finish. Still young at 63.2%, it’s a perfect combination of bright and weird – like olive oil on a warm day. 🌿
