Had a pour of this beautiful pale amber dram tonight. Blimey, it's top notch and immediatly satisfying. Loads of zesty tones of lemon, proper lemony notes, and a very orangey feel with sweet oranges—almost kumquatty. Then you get this lovely mix of honey and mead, alongside some fresh spearmint and herbal sage. There's a bit of peaty salt, flints, olives, and pine sap resins in there too, with some spicy herbs, oils and putty. It just gives it a much wider, classical and complex feel. So well balanced and flawless really. Cracking stuff. 🥃
