刚开瓶时就闻到挺甜美的香气，有点像大麦糖混着苹果汁，完全没有泥煤那种冲劲儿。颜色倒是浅浅的。 小喝一口，感觉它还太年轻了，有种白葡萄酒般的轻盈感。但隐约能尝到香草和樱桃铺在燕麦粥上的味道——可能因为用了田纳西州的木桶熟成吧？听说是乔治·迪克尔用过的桶，这让我联想到一点樱桃利口酒，而不是更常见的李子味。 余味挺长的，收尾时甜味和谷物的清香还在嘴里打转。虽然它只有四五岁，放在温和气候里陈年，有人说它“太年轻”，但我觉得已经“挺有潜力”了✨。木桶的影响有点重，不过整体还算易饮。大概更适合调酒？但我直接喝也觉得不赖。

Feels pretty young, but not bad at all. Sweet barley sugar, oily vanilla, a bit of apple juice and white wine 🍏 The wood feels a bit heavy, and it’s not exactly mature, but it’s quite easy-going. Probaly better with a mixer or over ice. Long-ish sweet finish.

Warm and mellow, with a bit of honeyed sweetness and gentle spice. Feels cosy, like a quiet evening by the fire 🥃 A wee touch of oak, quite smooth, and nicely comforting.

Warm and a bit honeyed at first 🥃 Then I get some soft spice, oak, and a wee dried-fruit sweetness. Feels cosy, mellow, and quite easy to sip on a chilly evening.

Ah, this whisky's bloody brilliant. Starts wif a smoky hug, then gets all fruity and sweet. Like a cozy chat by the fire. Proper smooth, too. 👍😊 Definately gonna have another dram later. Cheers!
