Blimey, it's strong! Stove-y smoke and coal are huge, like a big beast from the east. There's a meaty, gamy side to it, with curry spices and a grey pepper kick. It kind of stuns you a bit at first. On the tongue, it's hugely smoked, but also... earthy? Like old pu-her tea. Then a peppery, chlorophyll-like freshness cuts through, with mashed Jerusalem artichokes? And a sour note like grapefruit.
