Pale gold in the glass, then straight into kippers, grapefruit peel and those daft Formula One fumes. Really bone-dry, hot but honestly magnificent 😅 I got loud olives, chalk, green walnuts, a dab of sweet mustard, olive oil and sourdough crust. A bit embarrassing how much I enjoyed it. Finish just keeps going, all sharp, smoky and oily.
