Bit of a seaside oddball this one — loads of brine, lemons right up front, then smoked almonds, capers and a wee gherkin tang. Gets me thinking of oysters, seaweed, smoked salmon and even miso soup, with a lactic, slightly acetic twist. Long, salty finish, tad unusual but nicely put together 🙂
