Proper bonfire waft on the nose, like autumn leaves smouldering in a damp orchard. 🍂 Then it gets jammy—stewed plums and a cheeky bit of honey’d malt. On the tongue it’s surprisingly round, almost syrupy, with gingerbread warmth and a tiny zing of citrus peel. A little pepper tingle at the end, then it fades soft and slow. Dead cosy dram for a grey afternoon. (And no, I definately didn’t pour a second one before finishing the first 😅)
