First sniff: tight, almost like engine oil meeting beach sand, with a touch of salt and ashes. Then a whisper of dried raisins and tangerines with a modern twist, getting more lemony as it sits, fruitier notes emerging. The palate feels dense, earthy, a bit biting, yet luscious, like leaking old engine oil mixed with camphory ointment and a hint of paraffin. There's a garage‑y feel, some brake‑pad grit, and a chalky edge that becomes chalkier yet, unloading of fatty soot. Finish is long, with an extraordinary mineral arrival that screams, leaving a faint smell of old boat oil and a touch of famed waxes, light gold colour. 🌊
