Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

1#1

Tried this whisky last nite, real comfort in a glass. 🥃 First thing hits ya – sweet vanilla, like honey on warm toast. 🍯 Then the smoke rolls in, earthy and peaty, reminds me of autumn bonfires. 🔥 Fruity notes too, maybe apple or pear? Fresh and crisp. 🍏🍐 Finish got a bit of spice, oak coming through. Overall, super cosy and warming, perfect for chillin'. 😊 Cheers!

Ahh, that's a proper one, innit. 😅 First hit is like warm honey 🍯 and vanilla, all smooth-like. Then you get a bit of spice, maybe cinnamon or ginger, tingle on the tongue. 🔥 It's got that nice oily, creamy mouthfeel, coats the glass. Finish is long and woody, with a hint of fruitinessy, maybe an apple or pear. 🍐 Right down to the last drop, you can still taste it. 💨 No burn, just a lovely warmth spreading. Pure comfort.

Wow, this whiskey's got a right nice smoky kick to it, like a bonfire night. 🏕️ A touch of honey sweetness lingers, and I get a hint of ripe apple too. Goes down smooth as anything. Really lovely stuff. 🥃

Ah, this whisky's got a right peaty kick at first 🥃, like standing by a smoky campfire. Then it smooths out with a hint of vanilla and maybe some dried fruit. Quite warming on the finish, innit? 😊 First sip... 🥃 Wow, that's bold! A bit of oak and a touch of honey comes through. Goes down nice and smooth. 👍 Sometimes I get a wee hint of spice too, makes it proper interesting. Cheers! 🥂
