Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

1#1

Ah, this whiskey's got a proper nose on it, right? 😊 Like, a bit of smoke and some sweet vanilla, innit. On the taste, it's smoothe – kinda fruity with a hint of oak, me thinks. 🥃 Finish is warm and lingerin', makes you feel all cozy-like. Ideal for a quiet night in, yeah? 😋 Oops, meant 'smooth' there, but you get the gist. 🌧️

Oh mate, this one's a proper treat. 🥃 Givin' it a good nise... get a real whiff of vanilla and warm honey, maybe a bit of spiced apple too. 🍯🍎 First sip, it's all about that creamy caramel, innit? Then comes a lovely warmth, like sittin' by a fire. A touch of oak and some dark chocolate creep in as it lingers. Rich, but not heavy. Really moreish. Could see myself enjoyin' this on a cool evening. Very smooth goin' down.

Malty peat... smoky but like, fruity too? Ah, the woody bit's lovely. Gettin' some chocolatey notes, maybe vanilla? Proper floral finish. Goes down a treat, that does. Cheers 🥃

Right then, just tried this one. Quite the experience, mate. First off, get a big whiff of smoky honey, like a bonfire next to a beehive. Then the taste... oh crikey, it's a proper punch of dark chocolate and spicy stewed apples. Really warming, that. The mouthfeel is thick, almost chewy. Finish is long and dry, with a little bit of oaky char coming through at the end. Leaves a nice tingle. 🥃 Proper winter warmer, this is.

Blimey, this whisky's got a proper smoky vibe with hints of fruit and a touch of vanilla. Smooth on the tongue, innit? 😋 Quite warming too, makes me think of autumn evenings.

Right then, this dram smells proper smoky with a hint of peat, and on the tongue it's got that warm oakiness and maybe a bit of fruity sweetness. 🍐 The finish lingers nicely, leaving a cozy warmth. Quite delightful, I'd say! 🥃😊
